Review: It’s a very sturdy waist trainer. The straps in the middle give you the extra tummy compression. It gives you the hourglass shape. The longer edges at the top really help not make the rolls come out from the bra. I recommend sizing down, I usually wear L but I got a M. (Please like if this help)
