Review: I bleed REALLY heavy .I can't always be hand washing cotton period panties, and pads and tampons only do so much. I love to go to bed in these. YES they look and feel like baby diapers! BUT it's just so nice to have that security, and just throw it away. they are way more comfortable than pads in my opinion. get bigger than your normal size. I'm 47kg/ 103lbs. I am normalcy an XS and I wear the smallest size (M).
