Description This fresh milk cream separator is a centrifugal device that uses high-speed rotation to separate milk into cream and skimmed milk. With an output of 13.2/h gallons and fat content of 0.03%, this efficient and easy-to-use cream separator provides a cost-effective solution for many dairy farms. Key Features High-quality Material: The split bowl of this electric cream centrifugal separator is made of high-quality food-grade 304 stainless steel, which is very corrosion-resistant and sturdy, allowing you to separate milk with peace of mind. Excellent Separation Rate: This product uses a brass motor with a speed of 10500RPM to separate skim milk with a fat content of less than or equal to 0.03%. The excellent separation rate greatly improves the output of cream and skim milk (13.2gal/h). High Efficiency: With the large capacity milk pot (5L/1.32gal), the brass motor with 30-watt power, and 10,500 RPM, the separator can reach 13.2 gallons per hour output, which can meet the needs of households, farms, etc. Stable Operation: The low heat and low noise brass motor provide stable, long-lasting, and quiet operation of the product. Also, the specially balanced drum makes the product run steadily without shaking. Adjustable Consistency: The consistency of the cream can be adjusted by adjusting the tightness of the screw so that you can get the consistency of the cream to meet different needs. Exquisite Craftsmanship: The base of the product uses a superb baking paint process, which not only creates a wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant surface but also enhances the appearance. Detachable Design: The detachable separator makes cleaning easier, and storage and carrying more convenient. You only need to use a damp cloth to wipe it gently. Unique Drainage Design: Both sides of the separator have angled, streamlined spouts to allow both cream and milk to flow smoothly into the container. And the recessed diversion design is more convenient for the liquid to flow down and not easy to spill. Customer Service: We aim to provide quality products and services. If you have any problems, please feel free to contact us. We will reply and solve the problem for you as soon as possible. Details One-touch Switch: The base of the product is equipped with a power switch. You only need to flick the switch to start or shut down the product, which is very simple and convenient. Widened Edge: The edge of the base is widened to increase the contact area with the ground so that the whole machine can operate stably without shaking. Large Opening: The larger opening of the milk pot (10.24 inches in diameter) makes it easier to pour milk and less likely to spill and waste. Handle: The handle switch can be controled by gently twisting it, which is more convenient and hygienic without touching the milk. Application It is an ideal choice for separating milk, goat milk, horse milk, camel milk, and sheep milk from pasture and dairy. How to Adjust the Cream Concentration 1. Turn off the separator power switch to stop separation. 2. After the separator stops rotating (note: it cannot be stopped manually), remove all parts in turn. 3. Adjust the screw, tighten the screw to the right to make the butter thinner, and tighten the screw to the left to make it thicker.
