Review: Pretty from Far, but Not the Best Quality Up Close The veil looks beautiful overall — the lace design is delicate, and the length and tulle are really flattering. But I was disappointed to see that the lace is just glued onto the tulle instead of sewn in. Up close, you can clearly tell, and it gives it a cheaper feel. It also doesn’t come with a comb, so you’ll have to add your own to secure it to your hair. It’ll work for a quick photoshoot or an accessory change, but I wouldn’t use it as my main veil for the ceremony.
