Review: Let me tell you, these absolutely saved my feet. I use these to help me break in my character shoes, and I don't have blisters anymore. I have started putting these on all my heels, and they make the shoe SO much more comfortable. My feet don't sweat a lot, so these stay on for me, but they may move around if it's really hot outside or you sweat a bit.
