Review: I posted it before and after picture with my bra on without the padding and then a picture with the bra on with the padding the padding is very large don’t plan to use it in a short bra such as a balcony it does need to be a T-shirt style bra that will fit the whole entire padding it is about the size of your hand I am a 34 double D for reference
