Review: They come in 4 packs of 2. They work well for when shoes are just a little bit too big and prevent friction rub on the back of your heels. Came quick and in good condition.

Review: These work great if you don’t need that much space to cover the back of the heel. I bought them bc my work heels are slightly too big. They worked great for a week but then flatten out pretty fast. The adhesive definitely stays on, no issue there. But these I would use for comfort if the shoe rubbed me the wrong way instead of filler.
