Review: The neck fan is great! It really keeps you refreshed while doing any activity indoors or outdoors. My only issue was with the packaging. This is a delicate item, and all of the boxes arrived completely open. One of the fans was even open on the sides and did not work. The store should at least wrap the items in bubble wrap or provide some type of protective packaging to help prevent damage during shipping.
