Review: This dress is SUPER super cute! I got it for the Short N Sweet tour and it’s absolutely perfect. It’s probably because of my height- but it’s super short on me but it does have shorts underneath. :) it’s plain so I’ve made tons of outfits by adding belts and things. Fits great!
