Review: Not impressed at all. The handbook says right on the cover, simple herbal remedies and traditional recipes to heal common ailments at home. This book has not one single recipe in it. It describes several herbal plants and tells what "magical" properties it has and how it has been used in rituals and spells. Then it tell medicinal uses. Nothing of how to use apply or use or what to mix with. It also repeats the same herbal plants with different topics ie; Forklore and History, Medicinal Wisdom etc. Which is basically repeating everything previously stated. Don't spend your money on this knock off. Buy the REAL Ancient Remedies Book.
