Review: Before I purchased this, i read in one review that it runs small. i agree. if you are interested, please size up. I sized up and it fits me very snug and nicely even though i am typically a medium. i do not know how to describe the fabric, it is not SOFT, but it does not feel bad either. it covers what it needs to and works well with oversized tops. its very cute with the frills. overall a good item :)
