Review: Beautiful and classy!!! I cannot believe this dress was only $20 something dollars. I went to a wedding and got so many compliments. this dress looked very classy the fabric was nice, not cheap looking at all, and the way it fit also gave me a bit of an hourglass figure (even though I'm supper self conscious) I fel beautiful. It also looked a bit vintage but that also might just be me and my style lol. If it didn't have the top scarf part, it would look very simple and casual, but the built in scarf elevated the look. I recommend this to everyone.
