About these items Keyword 1: Premium Construction Materials These Pilates reformers are crafted with either solid maple wood or durable cast iron frames. Each unit supports up to 400 lbs and is built for long-lasting use in home gyms or fitness studios. The materials provide excellent strength, stability, and visual appeal. Keyword 2: Comprehensive Configuration for All Levels Each machine includes a full accessory kit with soft jump boards, shoulder pads, adjustable headrests, Pilates boxes, non-slip mats, and pulley systems. These elements allow for customizable workouts to suit beginners or advanced practitioners. Keyword 3: Adjustable Spring Resistance Depending on the model, you'll get 4 to 6 high-quality steel or piano steel springs offering varying resistance levels. This flexibility allows targeted training for upper and lower body muscle groups while supporting a range of Pilates routines and fitness goals.
