Review: Although model bust measures same with hubby I ordered 3xl because My husband’s bust is 46 inches but he wears shirt between 52 and 54 bust. I am happy because the 3xl fit him perfectly and he has huge love handles but it’s not noticeable in this shirt. Excellent quality. Check the outfit bust and compare it against your actual bust then add 6 to 8inches extra for a close fit or loser fit. Eg if your bust is 46 select cloth with bust between 52 and 55. Whenever I see this model I order his exact size or a size above for hubby.
