Review: Wow! I was not expecting this dress 👗 to be this high quality! The black is all in a velvety velour. Even the little brown apron accent is a soft velvet. This dress even has a built in lace petticoat, but it doesn’t puff up the dress. I sized up to a medium, and this dress feels so comfortable to me. This is a definitely must buy for the price!
