Review: It has a great grip and a good product quality. It takes a little time and some effort to wearing it. But after 1 or 2 times it stretches a bit. However with the extra grip it is a bit difficult to slide down the pole. But it helps with the climbing and sitting on the pole. The grip also helps one to get minor bruises. Usually pole dancers, especially beginners like myself get a lot of bruises on our legs and thighs. These legging helps us to execute the moves without being afraid of getting bruised. Normally at pole dancing or pole fitness you have to expose lots of skin. With these leggings you still get to show off your trickes or moves to family and friends without exposing lots of skin.
