Review: I just received on Thanksgiving and I love it. I have a torn meniscus in my right knee and severe arthritis in left ankle. I am always icing and have to elevate for swelling. I end up using 4 pillows and they are never high enough. This is a godsend. It's very soft and grey almost looks beige. It would have been nice if instructions had come with it. But I used my hairdryer on cool. It took about 5 minutes to complete.
