Review: I normally wear an XL or 2XL, so I took a risk ordering a large. It's tight, but the stretch is helpful! An XL would have been great for a snug fit... A 2XL would have probably fit like the model in the picture... So I would say true to size. I wear a 44DD but I am on a weight-loss journey so maybe a 44D or 42D now... I've gotten many compliments!!! It's a beautiful sweater! Very soft and very warm even with the crocheted shoulder...
