Review: Exactly as pictured. It’s not weighted so I’d put something at the bottom to ensure it doesn’t tip over when you hang things on it. Not sure that it would fall over but it’s not super heavy. It’s about 5’6 height. Doesn’t come with instructions but assembly was very easy.
