Review: As quick and as easy to assemble as other's said in their reviews. I've taken the two pages of instructions and blown them up to pin in a clear plastic cover as my daughter visits. Want to make sure it's not her cycle, etc., when she wants to go "steam" (and that she doesn't abuse my new toy by putting flowers in for fragrance without sachet to keep it from staining/sticking to the infuser where the steam comes into the enclosed room). Thankful they had already connected the tube connected through the wall - that would have been a bear to figure out. Great addition to my all Shein workout room!

Review: I never received my package. You make everything look so good on your website and then you don’t deliver and you guys never refunded me. What is going on? I asked you guys and OnTrack, the company that you contracted to deliver my package for proof of delivery and neither one of you would provide me with proof of delivery. Horrible customer service. Horrible I will never deal with your company again if this is how you take care of your customers.
