Review: It's so cute! I do wish it was solar charged, but solar powered is fine too! Being solar powered means the stronger the direct sunlight, the stronger the pump of water through; and when it's shaded or night time, the pump is "off." It does not charge with the sunlight, but I think it being powered instead is actually better, for me. 😁
