Review: this is really pretty. I wear an US 16/18 and have a 46 in bust. it's not too tight across the chest. I think the buttons will hold it together and won't bust open. at 5'1 this is a totally full length dress. the bottom pleated skirt section does not fan out and it's very much like an accordion. the waist is very high as well. I'm keeping it but need to figure out how to style it appropriately. lovely marigold color.
