The DSR rights available to you will vary by jurisdiction, but you can find more information about those rights and our data processing activities through the “Privacy Notices” link. Anyone can submit a DSR if permitted by their applicable jurisdiction, whether you are a SHEIN account holder or not. To ensure the security of your data, we will send a verification code to the email address indicated in your request; once verified, we will process the request based on the verified email address. However, if your account is associated with an email address other than the one provided for verification, we will be unable to fulfill your request and will require you to resubmit your request using the email address associated with your account.

In addition to the Privacy Rights Request Center for DSRs, SHEIN voluntarily offers a variety of self-service tools, where you can learn more about the data in your record, export your profile information, make corrections, change your password, and request to have your account deleted. Because the self-service tools are accessible through a customer’s “My Profile” feature, they are only accessible to current account holders; all other persons should submit a DSR through the “Privacy Rights Request Center” link above.
