We accept returns postmarked within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Use our return label to postmark your return within 40 days from the purchase
date, and we'll cover the shipping cost.
For returns after 40 days from the purchase date, or additional returns
after the first return of the same order, a $7.99 fee will be deducted
per package, or you can process your return by using your local post office
at your own cost.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie
& sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags,
and mermaid blankets).
Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is
not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package.
The refund will be issued to your SHEIN Wallet or the original payment
account per your request.
The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
