lIn addition to the DSR platform, SHEIN voluntarily offers a variety of self-service tools, where you can learn more about the data in your record, export your profile information, make corrections, change your password, and request to have your account deleted. Because the self-service tools are accessible through a customer’s “My Profile” feature, they are only accessible to current account holders; all other persons should submit a DSR through the “SHEIN Privacy Rights Request Center” link in the Privacy Center page.

lHow To Access

nSHEIN Website - To access the self-service tools from the SHEIN website, click on the User icon () in the upper right of the SHEIN web page, then select the “My Profile” option from the menu, then select the “Manage My Account” option.

nSHEIN Mobile App - To access the self-service tools from the SHEIN website, click on the User icon () in the lower right corner of the page, select the gear icon () in the upper right corner, and then select the “Settings” -> “Manage My Account” option.

§Download Account Profile – Users that would like to download a copy of their account profile information can obtain a copy by selecting the “Download Your Information” option.

§Delete Account – If you would like SHEIN to delete your account, you can submit the request through the “Delete Account” link (though this self-service feature is only available after you have verified the request, have no pending orders, and no remaining wallet balance).

§Correcting Your Information - If you believe that we have incorrect or incomplete information about you, we can make those changes in My Profile settings. It allows you to modify basic account information, such as profile picture, size or style preferences. Additionally, you can add or edit your payment methods and saved addresses to streamline the checkout process.

·Address Book – Update your physical addresses and phone numbers on file.

·My Measurements (website only) – Add, update, or delete physical measurements you previously entered.

·Preferences (website only) – You can manage your personal Preferences by selecting “My Profile” -> “Preferences”.
