4. Select the "Refund Method." You can return either by USPS or UPS or drop off your returned items in selected Forever 21 Stores. You can use either the Return Label (Printer Required) or the QR Code (No Printer Required) that we provide. The Return Label and QR Code only work if you are shipping within the US.

Due to return processing rules, it takes some time to check your returned parcels and finish the return processing procedure.

Usually it will take up to 7 days to process your refund or exchange request after we receive your package.

According to SHEIN US Return Policy, most items sold on SHEIN.com may be returned within 30 days after the date of delivery if they meet all applicable return requirements, but with some exceptions below:

① Bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, pet products and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported on the product page.

② Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

③ Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, order cancellation for customized items is not supported.

For products that are returned in accordance with SHEIN US Return Policy and pass our quality check after arrives at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

These are the common reasons why packages get returned to their senders:

1) Its delivery address was incorrect/invalid 

2) The shipping provider could not physically access the delivery location.

3) No one was home to receive the package

4) The package was refused upon delivery.

If you see a 'Return to Sender' status when tracking your shipment (pictured below), please click the 'Contact Agent' button underneath to arrange an order reshipment or refund. If you are seeking a reshipment, please verify your shipping address first in 'My Account'-'My Address

If your package has not been given a "Return to Sender" status yet, but its tracking updates page has alert you to package issues (e.g. an incorrect delivery address), we recommend that you immediately contact your shipping company to request another delivery attempt, before your package does indeed get returned to its sender.

Please note that returns can take up to 7 business days to be processed and all returned items are verified and inspected by our team. Once we confirm your return, the refund processing time from SHEIN's side is always 24 hours. Since different payment methods have different processing times, the exact time for the refund depends on the official processing time of your bank.

Please note that the first return label per order is free. Additional return requests for the same order will generate a $7.99 USD fee per label, and will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
