If there is no update for shipping status, it means the parcel is on the way to its next facility, there may be no tracking updates for 3-5 days, as the next facility will need time to scan packages.

Once package has been cleared by customs and finally picked up by its local shipping carrier, you may view new package delivery updates through either your SHEIN Account by clicking
'My orders'-->'TRACK'. or on the shipping carrier's official website.

If you see that your order is still shipping within its estimated delivery time frame, please remain patient. If your order has not arrived after its estimated delivery time frame, please reach out to Customer Service.

Once the order ships,you may view your package's arrival updates by clicking 'My orders' --> 'TRACK'.

And the estimated delivery window is based on historical data, including data regarding when most orders were delivered. In most cases, the package should be delivered within the estimated delivery window. 

Please note  that your order's estimated arrival time will also vary depending on your delivery address and your chosen delivery method. you may see our 'Shipping info' page for more details.

Please see whether your order got split into multiple packages, by logging into your SHEIN account, clicking My orders' then clicking the 'TRACK' button beside the order you wish to view.

After self-check, if your order is missing items, which isn't scheduled to be sent to you in an upcoming package, you may follow the steps below to find the solution:

-Click your avatar icon 'ME,' then click > 'Support' > 'Customer Service.' on SHEIN APP; or you may click the 'Customer Service' link in the right corner of us.shein.com;

-Inform Customer Service that your issue is 'Wrong/Missing Items,' and select the order you need help with.

NOTE: If you have the missing issues, please contact Customer Support within 45 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information page.
