A ticket is used to submit requests online to our After Sales Service. Contacting us for after sales questions through the ticket system ensures the most efficient method of communication.
Step 1
Login and click “Customer Service”

Choose the question type first, then you will get an fast reply.

Click on“Contact Agent" If you need more support
Step 4
Choose "Submit A Ticket"
Step 5
Double check the question type (Please change if needed), then fill in the form.
Last : Click on "Submit" and wait for your response
  • Your request has now been successfully sent! Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours.
  • You may check the updates, add a reply or close the ticket if you think the problem has been solved in “ My Tickets ”.
Note: You may find the ticket ID on the confirmation page or in “My Tickets”.
